Pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support dan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif melalui Knowledge Sharing (Studi pada Guru di SMK N 1 Alian)

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support and information technology utilization on innovative work behavior through knowledge sharing at SMK N 1 Alian. Respondents in this study were 52 teachers of SMK N 1 Alian. The sampling technique is a saturated sample. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and The data analysis used is path analysis with the help of the SPSS for windows version 23 application. The results showed that perceived organizational support has a positive effect on knowledge sharing. Information technology utilization has a positive effect on knowledge sharing. Perceived organizational support has a positive effect on innovative work behavior. Information technology utilization has a positive effect on innovative work behavior. Knowledge sharing has a positive effect on innovative work behavior. Knowledge sharing can mediate the relationship between perceived organizational support and innovative work behavior. Knowledge sharing can mediate the relationship between information technology utilization and innovative work behavior.
