Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of servicescape and accessibility on revisit interest with satisfaction as an intervening variable on visitors to the Sagara View Of Karangbolong tourist attraction. The sample in this study were visitors who had visited at least once. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Sampling used a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, correlation analysis, and path analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that servicescape and accessibility partially affect satisfaction and revisit interest. Satisfaction affects revisit interest. Satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between servicescape and revisit interest, but satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between accessibility and revisit interest.
