Abstract

The research aims to analyze the effect of the non-physical work environment and job embeddedness on organizational citizenship behavior, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The study includes three types of variables: independent variables is non-physical work environment and job embeddedness, the dependent variable is organizational citizenship behavior, and the intervening variable is job satisfaction. The population in this study consists of 78 civil servant teachers is PNS and PPPK at SMK Negeri 1 Kebumen. The research employs a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires. The data analysis methods include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, the coefficient of determination, correlation analysis, path analysis and the sobel test. Data processing was performed using SPSS for Windows version 25.0. The findings reveal that the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job embeddedness has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the non-physical work environment positiely and significantly affects organizational citizenship behavior, job embeddedness has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction positively and significantly affects organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction mediates the relationship between the non-physical work environment and organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction mediates the relationship between job embeddedness and organizational citizenship behavior.
