Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, service quality, and location on customer loyalty at Bale Tradha Cafe in Kebumen. The aim of the research is to find out how big the influence is, both partially and simultaneously. The sample data taken in this research were 100 customers of Bale Tradha Cafe in Kebumen as respondents. The instrument or data collection tool in this research is using a questionnaire. The data analysis tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis techniques used include qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis consisting of validity test, reliability test, t test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis. Data were analyzed with the help of the SPSS Release 25 for Windows program. The results of the analysis prove that the first hypothesis is that product quality partially has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. The results of the second hypothesis are that service quality partially has a positive and significant influence on Bale Tradha Cafe in Kebumen. The results prove the third hypothesis that location partially has a significant positive influence on customer loyalty. The results of the fourth hypothesis are that product quality, service quality and location simultaneously have a significant influence on customer loyalty.
