Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Empowering Leadership and Internal Locus of Control on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Job Satisfaction as a Mediator (Study on Civil Servants of the Health Office of Population Control and Family Planning of Kebumen Regency). The population in this study were civil servants of the Health Office of Population Control and Family Planning of Kebumen Regency, totaling 76 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis used is the validity and reliability instrument test, correlation test, path analysis, and sobel test. Data processing tools using SPSS for windows version 25.0. The results showed that: (1) empowering leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) internal locus of control has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) empowering leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, (4) internal locus of control has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction, (7) internal locus of control has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction.
