Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh product quality, product innovation dan brand image terhadap customer loyalty. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di Kabupaten Kebumen yang menggunakan smartphone Samsung dan pernah melakukan pembelian ulang minimal dua kali. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan program SPSS for windows 29. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan product quality secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer loyalty. Product innovation secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer loyalty. Brand image secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer loyalty. Product quality, product innovation dan brand image secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer loyalty
