Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Negeri 1 Kebumen

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of leadership, organizational citizenship behavior, and non-physical environment on teacher performance. Sampling used the saturated sampling method. This research took a sample of 78 respondents from civil servant teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Kebumen and data analysis could be carried out. This research is a type of quantitative research. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis tool uses the help of a computer application program, namely IBM SPSS Statistics 25, which includes Instrument Validity and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this research show that all variables are valid and reliable, there is no multicollinearity, there is no heteroscedasticity, and they meet the assumptions of normality. Based on the partial test results, it was found that the leadership variable had no significant effect on performance, but organizational citizenship behavior and the non-physical environment had a significant effect on teacher performance.
