Abstract
This study aims to examine the Influence of Transformational Leadership and Training on Performance with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable. The sampling method in this study uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample that uses the entire population to be used as a sample. The respondents in this study are members of the Kebumen Police Satreskrim which totals 45 members. The instrument or data collection tool in this study uses questionnaires. This study uses descriptive and statistical analysis methods carried out by validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, correlation test, path analysis, and sobel test. The test in the t-test showed that transformational leadership had an effect on the organization's commitment to the Kebumen Police Satreskrim Members. The training has no effect on the organizational commitment of the Kebumen Police Satreskrim Members. Organizational Commitment affects the Performance of Members of the Kebumen Police Satreskrim. Transformational Leadership has no effect on the Performance of Kebumen Police Satreskrim Members. Training affects the Performance of Members of the Kebumen Police Satreskrim. Organizational commitment cannot mediate between transformational leadership and training based on path analysis.
