Pengaruh Kompetensi,Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di DPMPTSP Kabupaten Kebumen

This study looks at how competence, work motivation and work environment affect employee performance at the DPMPTSP Office of Kebumen Regency. Data was gathered from 35 employees of the institution using questionnaires and multiple regression analysis was used with the help of SPSS for Windows 7. The results demonstrate that competence and work motivation have a significant and positive effect on employee performance, suporting the idea that these factors are driving factors of performance. However, the work environment has no significant effect on employee performance, indicating that while the physical conditions and work facilities are still inadequate, they are not the primary factors affecting employee performance at the DPMPTSP Office of Kebumen Regency.
