Pengembangan UTAUT Dalam Memahami Penerimaan dan Penggunaan QRIS Sebagai Metode Pembayaran Digital

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the interest and use of QRIS among MSME actors in Kebumen Regency by applying the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. The UTAUT model posits that key factors influencing user acceptance include performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions. This study employs a quantitative research approach, with primary data as the main source. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. The respondents of this study consist of 150 MSME actors in Kebumen Regency who have adopted QRIS as a digital payment method. The hypotheses in this research were tested using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) via SmartPLS 3.0. The results indicate that in the first model, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and facilitating conditions significantly influence behavioral intention. In the second model, behavioral intention significantly affects usage behavior, while social influence does not have a significant impact on the use behavior of QRIS among MSME actors in Kebumen Regency.
