Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi berprestasi, lingkungan
kerja non fisik, dan efikasi diri terhadap komitmen organisasi guru MA WI
Karangduwur Petanahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei
kuantitatif dengan responden sebanyak 55 guru dan analisis regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi berprestasi dan efikasi diri berpengaruh
positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, sedangkan lingkungan kerja non
fisik tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel berpengaruh
positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.
