Abstract
Knowing the magnitude of the influence of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Climate on Employee Performance Through Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an Intervening Variable (Study on Employees at UPTD Puskesmas Sadang) is the purpose of this study. The method used is quantitative using primary data with a questionnaire filled out by employees of UPTD Puskesmas Sadang totaling 44 respondents. The Likert scale is used for the measurement scale and uses random sampling techniques. The study uses validity and reliability test analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, t-test, correlation analysis, path analysis, and also the Sobel test and assisted by the SPSS version 25.0 application. This study shows several facts, namely job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, it is also known that organizational citizenship behavior is able to mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational climate on employee performance.
