Abstract

Analyzing the Influence of Work Life Balance and Interpersonal Communication on Employee Performance with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable (Study on Employees at UPTD Puskesmas Padureso) is the purpose of this study. The research method is quantitative using primary data through questionnaires that have been answered by 42 respondents. The Likert scale is used for measurement with non-probability sampling techniques, saturated sampling methods as the sampling technique. Researchers use validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistical analysis, partial tests, classical assumptions, determination coefficients, correlation analysis, path analysis and Sobel tests with the SPSS version 25 application. The results are that work life balance has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, work life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then organizational commitment can mediate work life balance with interpersonal communication on employee performance.
