Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of workplace friendship and perceived organizational support on organizational commitment through job satisfaction as a mediating variable in LAZISMU Kebumen employees. Respondents in this study were LAZISMU Kebumen employees totaling 30 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample where the entire population is used as a sample. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire distributed online. The data analysis technique used is path analysis using SPSS for windows version 23 data management tools. The results showed that workplace friendship has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Perceived organizational support has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Workplace friendship has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Perceived organizational support has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Workplace friendship indirectly affects organizational commitment through job satisfaction. Perceived organizational support indirectly affects organizational commitment through job satisfaction.
