PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN ISLAMI, ETIKA KERJA ISLAM, DAN KEADILAN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU MTs NEGERI 3 KEBUMEN

This research aims to determine the influence of Islamic leadership, Islamic work ethics, and organizational justice on teacher performance at MTs Negeri 3 Kebumen. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire. This research uses descriptive and statistical analysis techniques including validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination using the SPSS 25 For Windows program. The results of this research show that the Islamic leadership variable has no effect on teacher performance, Islamic work ethics has an effect on teacher performance, organizational justice has an effect on teacher performance and together the variables of Islamic leadership, Islamic work ethics and organizational justice have an effect on the performance of State MTs teachers. 3 Kebumen.
