PENGARUH PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PERANGKAT DESA WILAYAH KECAMATAN SADANG

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the use of information technology, work discipline and work motivation on the performance of village officials in Sadang District. Data analysis used includes instrument tests consisting of validity and reliability tests. Apart from instrument testing, the analysis used is classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression using the SPSS 25.0 for Windows program. The results of this research show that all statement items for each variable are valid and reliable. The research model meets the classic assumption test criteria, there is no multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and meets the assumptions of normality. Based on the results of the partial test (t test), the results showed that the Information Technology Utilization variable did not significantly influence the performance of Village Officials in Sadang District with a calculated t result of 082≤1.988. Work Discipline has a significant effect on the performance of Village Officials in Sadang District and Work Motivation significantly influences the performance of Village Officials in Sadang District. The results of the simultaneous test (F Test) also show that this research has a joint effect. The coefficient of determination test results in this research were 73.9% which can influence the performance of Village Officials in Sadang District
