Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh food quality, product variation, dan content marketing terhadap purchase intention produk Senorita Bakeshop di Kabupaten Kebumen. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrument validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis, uji simultan, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Alat bantu pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS for Windows version 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Food Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention, (2) Product Variation tidak berpengaruh terhadap Purchase Intention, (3) Content Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention, (4) Food Quality, Product Variation, dan Content Marketing secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention.
