Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ethical leadearship, psychological contract dan workplace friendship terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour karyawan Puspita Warna Kebumen. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 38 responden karyawan Puspita Warna Kebumen. peneliti menggumpulan data menggunakan metode angket. Teknik analisis yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis statistik uji validitas dan reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan uji regresi linier berganda. Setelah dilakukan pengujian pada penelitian ini di dapat variable Ethical Leadearship memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour pada karyawan Puspita Warna Kebumen. Variable psychological contract berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour pada karyawan Puspita Warna Kebumen. Variable workplace friendship berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour. Setelah dilakukan uji simultan hasilnya bahwa ethical leadearship, psychological contract dan workplace friendship secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour pada karyawan Puspita Warna Kebumen.
