Abstract
This study aims to test and analyze the effect of HR competence, motivation, and professionalism on the performance of members of the Kebumen Traffic Unit. Data collection using a questionnaire, using the simple random sampling method. The sample used in this study amounted to 37 respondents. The hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate that all variabels are declared valid and reliable, there is no multicollinearity, no heteroscedasticity, and meet the requirements of the normality assumption. The variabels of HR competence, motivation, and professionalism have a significant influence on the performance of members of the Kebumen Traffic Unit. The coefficient of determination in this study is 0,522 meaning that the performance variabel explained by the variabels of HR competence, motivation, and professionalism is 52,2% and the remaining 47,8% is explained by other variabels not explained in this study.
