Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh perceived organizational support, quality of work life, dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh sebanyak 30 responden pada pegawai PNS di Puskesmas Buluspesantren 1. Peneltian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 25 for windows yang meliputi Uji Instrumen Validitas dan Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, analisis Regresi Berganda, serta Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel perceived organizational support berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, quality of work life berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel perceived organizational support, quality of work life, dan lingkungan kerja non fisik secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PNS di Puskesmas Buluspesantren 1. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi nilai Adjusted R Square variabel kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,811 atau 81,1%. Artinya, variabel kinerja pegawai dapat dipengaruhi oleh perceived organizational support, quality of work life, dan lingkungan kerja non fisik sebesar 81,1%, sedangkan sisanya 18,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.
