Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Ethical Leadership dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru SMK Bina Karya 2 Karanganyar

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the non-physical work environment, ethical leadership and communication on the job satisfaction of teachers at SMK Bina Karya 2 Karanganyar. The respondents in this research were 33 teachers at Bina Karya 2 Karanganyar Vocational School. This research uses descriptive and statistical analysis methods with the help of the SPSS 22 program. The statistical analysis used in this research is validity testing, reliability testing and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the non-physical work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, ethical leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction, and communication has a significant effect on job satisfaction. The non-physical work environment, ethical leadership, and communication jointly influence teacher job satisfaction at SMK Bina Karya 2 Karanganyar.
