Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Perangkat Desa di Kecamatan Ayah

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of work discipline, transformational leadership style and physical work environment on performance. This research was conducted on village officials in Ayah District. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 134 respondents. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is validity
test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test and coefficient of determination. The analysis technique used uses the SPSS
analysis program Version 25 for Windows. The results obtained in the research show that the variables of work discipline, transformational leadership style and work environment have a significant effect on performance. The work discipline variable has a significant effect on performance, the transformational leadership style variable has a significant effect on performance and the physical work environment variable has a significant effect on performance.
