Abstract
The success of an organization in achieving its goals is inseparable from the role and performance of the human resources in it. This study aims to determine the effect of self efficacy, work conflict, and work-life balance on employee performance. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis, with a sample of 30 employees of the Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Cilacap. After analyzing the data, the following results and conclusions were obtained: (1) Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Work conflict has no effect on employee performance. (3) Work-life balance has no effect on employee performance. (4) Self effiacacy, work conflict, and work-life balance simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The magnitude of the influence of independent variables on employee performance is 58.9% (R2).
