Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh product quality, product availability terhadap customer loyalty dengan customer satisfaction sebagai variabel intervening pada konsumen produk Sari Roti di Kebumen. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diuji menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa product quality berpengaruh psitif terhadap customer satisfaction, product availability berpengaruh positif terhadap customer satisfaction, product quality tidak berpengaruh terhadap customer loyalty, product availability berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty, customer satisfaction berpengaruh psitif terhadap customer loyalty, customer satisfaction berhasil memediasi pengaruh product quality terhadap customer loyalty, dan customer satisfaction berhasil memediasi pengaruh product availability terhadap customer loyalty.
