Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh self-efficacy, budaya organisasi dan perceived organizational support terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai PNS di UPTD Puskesmas Puring, dengan jumlah 37 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah non probability sampling dan teknik sampel jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan responden penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Alat bantu pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 25 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan perceived organizational support berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Self-efficacy, budaya organisasi dan perceived organizational support secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja.
