Abstract

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the influence of Intellectual Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), and Spiritual Quotient (SQ) on the work performance of non-PNS teachers at SMA Ma'arif NU 1 Kemranjen, both partially and simultaneously. The background of this research is based on the important role of teachers in mproving the quality of education and the need to understand the factors that influence work performance.
The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research population was all 31 non-PNS teachers of SMA Ma'arif NU 1 Kemranjen, who were also used as samples (saturated sampling). Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale, then analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable.
The results of the study indicate that, partially, Intellectual Quotient has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Emotional Quotient also has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Similarly, Spiritual Quotient has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously, these three variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of non-civil servant teachers at SMA Ma'arif NU 1 Kemranjen.

ABSTRAKSI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Intellectual Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), dan Spiritual Quotient (SQ) terhadap prestasi kerja guru non-PNS SMA Ma’arif NU 1 Kemranjen, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya peran guru dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan serta perlunya pemahaman faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi prestasi kerja.
Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru non-PNS SMA Ma’arif NU 1 Kemranjen sebanyak 31 orang, yang sekaligus dijadikan sampel (sampling jenuh). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert, kemudian dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, Intellectual Quotient berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja guru. Emotional Quotient juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja guru. Demikian pula, Spiritual Quotient berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja guru. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja guru non-PNS SMA Ma’arif NU 1 Kemranjen.
