Pengaruh Leverage dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Kebijakan Dividen sebagai Variabel Moderasi

ABSTRAKSI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh leverage, profitabilitas, terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2022-2024 dengan jumlah keseluruhan 63 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling, dengan perolehan jumlah sampel sebanyak 63 perusahaan selama 3 tahun penelitian sehingga diperoleh data sebanyak 189. Analisis data menggunakan analisis linear berganda serta diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25 dan Process Macro v.3.5 for SPSS by Hayes. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel leverage berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan dividen tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh antara leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan kebijakan dividen mampu memoderasi pengaruh antara profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage and profitability on firm value, with dividend policy as a moderating variable. The population used was 63 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2022 and 2024. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with a sample size of 63 companies over the three years of the study, resulting in 189 data sets. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and processed using SPSS version 25 and Process Macro v.3.5 for SPSS by Hayes. The results indicate that leverage has a positive effect on firm value, profitability has a positive effect on firm value, dividend policy does not moderate the effect of leverage on firm value, and dividend policy moderates the effect of profitability on firm value.
