Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sales promotion, sales person dan utilitarian value terhadap impulse buying di Alfamart Wonosari. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 30 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sales promotion berpengaruh terhadap impulse buying, sales person berpengaruh terhadap impulse buying dan utilitarian value tidak berpengaruh terhadap impulse buying. sales promotion, sales person dan utilitarian value berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap impulse buying pada konsumen di Alfamart Wonosari.
