Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Guru dan Karyawan Tetap SMP VIP Al-huda Kebumen

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational culture, non-physical work environment on organizational commitment (study on teachers and permanent employees of SMP VIP Al-huda Kebumen). The problems raised in this study are transformational leadership, organizational culture, and non-physical work environment on organizational commitment of teachers and permanent employees of SMP VIP Al-huda Kebumen, with the aim of determining how much influence transformational leadership, organizational culture, and non-physical work environment have. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all teachers and permanent employees of SMP VIP Al-huda Kebumen totaling 41 people, with a sampling technique using saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, t-test, f-test and coefficient of determination using SPSS For Windows. The results showed that transformational leadership partially had no significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture partially had a significant effect on organizational commitment, and non-physical work environment partially had a significant effect on organizational commitment. Transformational leadership, organizational culture, and non-physical work environment simultaneously had a significant effect on organizational commitment.
