Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intention dimediasi job satisfaction dan job burnout pada perawat Rumah Sakit Purwogondo. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah perawat Rumah Sakit Purwogondo yang berjumlah 80 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan statistika dengan bantuan program SmartPLS 3. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah outer model dan inner model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction, perceived organizational support
berpengaruh positif terhadap burnout, job satisfaction berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, butnout tidak berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction, burnout
berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention, job satisfaction dan burnout memediasi hubungan antara perceived organizational support dan turnover intention perawat Rumah Sakit Purwogondo.
