PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK, DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMP NEGERI 1 SRUWENG

This research aims to determine the influence of Competency, Physical Work Environment, and Transformational Leadership on Teacher Performance at Sruweng 1 Middle School. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample, that is, taking the sample as a whole or all members of the population are used as samples. The respondents in this study were 34 civil servant teachers. This research uses descriptive and statistical analysis methods to carry out validity tests, reliability tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and coefficient of determination. Testing in the t test shows that competence influences the performance of Sruweng 1 Public Middle School teachers. The physical work environment has a significant effect on the performance of teachers at Sruweng 1 Middle School. Transformational leadership has no effect on the performance of teachers at Sruweng 1 Middle School. Testing in the f test shows that competence, physical work environment, and transformational leadership, together influence the performance of teachers at Sruweng 1 Middle School.
