Abstract
This research aims to empirically test the acceptance of E-Wallet use among Generation Z in Indonesia by using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to explain how Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Security influence the Intention to Use E-Wallet and Actual Use E-Wallet. This research uses quantitative methods and the data source used is primary data. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling with 264 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using Partial Least Squares (PLS), which is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. Based on the results of statistical tests, the research results show that Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness influence Intention to Use, Perceived Ease of Use influences Perceived Usefulness, and Intention to Use influences Actual Use. Meanwhile, Perceived Security has no effect on Intention to Use.
