Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh workload, dan work family conflict terhadap teacher performance dengan work stress sebagai variabel intervening . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji normalitas, uji korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t, analisis jalur, perhitungan pengaruh dan uji sobel. Alat bantu pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah SPSS for Windows versi 25.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) workload tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work stress guru ASN di SMP Negeri 1 Sempor. (2) work family conflict berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work stress guru ASN di SMP Negeri 1 Sempor. (3) workload tidak berpengaruh terhadap teacher performance ASN di SMP Negeri 1 Sempor. (4) work family conflict berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap teacher performance ASN di SMP Negeri 1 Sempor. (5) work stress tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap teacher performance ASN di SMP Negeri 1 Sempor. (6) work stress tidak dapat memediasi hubungan antara workload dengan teacher performance. (7) work stress tidak dapat memediasi hubungan antara work family conflict dengan teacher performance.
