Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness dan trust terhadap intention to use fitur Shopee Live dalam aplikasi Shopee. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh orang yang memiliki akun Shopee. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Sikap responden diukur dengan skala likert 4 tingkatan dan data yang diperoleh diolah dengan analisis SmartPLS (Smart Partial Least Square) for windows versi 4.0. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara variabel perceived ease of use terhadap intention to use fitur Shopee live, perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif terhadap intention to use fitur Shopee live, selanjutnya trust berpengaruh positif terhadap intention to use fitur Shopee live serta perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived usefulness fitur Shopee live dalam aplikasi Shopee.
