Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived supervisor support, workplace civility terhadap self efficacy dan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT. BPR BKK Kebumen (Perseroda). Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. BPR BKK Kebumen (Perseroda) berjumlah 45 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan statistika dengan bantuan program SPSS 22. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan analisis jalur dan sobel test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived supervisor support berpengaruh terhadap self efficacy, workplace civility berpengaruh terhadap self efficacy, perceived supervisor support tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, workplace civility tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, self efficacy berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Self efficacy memediasi hubungan perceived supervisor support dan workplace civility terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT. BPR BKK Kebumen (Perseroda).
