Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi, disiplin dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja guru SMK Yapek Gombong. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Penelitian ini menggunakan 46 responden sebagai sampel penelitian yang ditarik berdasarkan sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan analisis linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25 For Windows. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel komunikasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Yapek Gombong, variabel disiplin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Yapek Gombong, variabel lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Yapek Gombong. Variabel komunikasi dalam penelitian ini tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Yapek Gombong, sedangkan variabel disiplin dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja guru SMK Yapek Gombong.
