Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh harga, kelengkapan produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada toko SRC Juwito di Kecamatan Ambal. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik nonprobality sampling dengan jenis teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Sikap responden diukur menggunakan skala likert 4 dan data diolah dengan alat bantu SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutuin) for windows versi 25.0. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis statistik (analisis regresi linear berganda). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga, kelengkapan produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Toko SRC Juwito.
