Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of self-efficacy and perceived organizational support on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in ASN employees of Klirong II Health Center. The background of this study is based on the importance of organizational commitment in improving the organization in the health care sector which is influenced by self-efficacy, perceived organizational support, and job satisfaction in ASN employees. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires. Population and sample in this study are all employees of ASN Puskesmas Klirong II amounting to 35 people. Data analysis tools using IBM SPSS 32 and data analysis techniques used include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, and path analysis (path analysis). The results of this study showed that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, perceived organizational support has a positive but not significant effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. In addition, there was no mediating effect of job satisfaction on the effect of self-efficacy on organizational commitment. The mediating effect of job satisfaction on the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment.
