Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Konflik Peran Terhadap Job Burnout melalui Stres Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Pegawai Non ASN Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan Kebumen

This study aims to examine the effect of workload and role conflict on job burnout through work stress. This study was conducted on non ASN employees of the Kebumen Agriculture and Food Service. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 66 respondents. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used was validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and path analysis test. The analysis technique used was the SPSS Version 25 for Windows analysis program. The results obtained in the study indicate that partially workload and role conflict have a positive and significant effect on job stress. Partially workload, role conflict and work stress have a positive and significant effect on job burnout. In addition, workload and role conflict have a positive and significant effect on job burnout through work stress.
