Abstract

Studi ini dilakukan untuk menguji dampak Perceived Usefulness (X1) dan Perceived Ease of Use (X2) terhadap Customer Loyalty (Y) melalui Customer Satisfaction (Z) sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi yang diteliti adalah konsumen pengguna Shopee di Kabupaten Kebumen. Sebanyak 170 responden dipilih menjadi sampel melalui metode non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner daring via Google Form, yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan kuantitatif menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3. Hasil riset mengindikasikan bahwa Perceived Usefulness dan Perceived Ease of Use memengaruhi Customer Loyalty dan Customer Satisfaction. Selain itu, terbukti bahwa Customer Satisfaction berperan memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara kedua variabel independen tersebut terhadap loyalitas pelanggan
