PENGARUH KOMPETENSI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DAN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA (Studi Pada Karyawan Asosiasi LDPM GAPOKTAN Mitra Permata Kebumen)

This study aims to examine and analyze how the influence of Competence and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance in the Distribution and Processing Unit of the Association of Community Food Distribution Institutions (LDPM) Combined Farmer Groups (Gapoktan) Mitra Permata Kebumen. The population in this study were employees of the Distribution and Processing Unit of the Association of Community Food Distribution Institutions (LDPM) Combined Farmers Group (Gapoktan) Mitra Permata Kebumen and the technique of taking samples was done using saturated sampling techniques or all populations were sampled, all employees in Unit employees Distribution and Processing of Results of the Association of Community Food Distribution Institutions (LDPM) Combined Farmer Groups (Gapoktan) Mitra Permata Kebumen, amounting to 38 people. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is validity test, rebility test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. The data processing tool used is SPSS for Windows version 21.0. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Competence partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Employee Engagements partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Competence and Employee Engagemant together (simultaneous) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
