Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job insecurity dan work environment terhadap employee performance dengan job satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan PT Sumber Sentral Tehnik. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 34 responden, serta analisis data menggunakan SPSS melalui uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, analisis jalur, dan uji Sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job insecurity berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction, sedangkan work environment berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction. Selanjutnya, job insecurity berpengaruh terhadap employee performance, sementara work environment berpengaruh terhadap employee performance. Job satisfaction juga terbukti berpengaruh terhadap employee performance. Selain itu, job satisfaction mampu memediasi pengaruh job insecurity dan work environment terhadap employee performance.
