Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Current Ratio (CR) dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan sektor transportation and logistics yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2022 – 2024. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 perusahaan dengan 108 data observasi. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan yang dipublikasikan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan program Eviews 13. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Total Asset Turnover (TATO) berpengaruh negatif terhadap struktur modal, (2) Net Profit Margin (NPM) tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal, (3) Current Ratio (CR) berpengaruh negatif terhadap struktur modal, (4) pertumbuhan penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan sektor transportation and logistics yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2022 – 2024.
