PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, KOMPETENSI, DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMP NEGERI 1 PETANAHAN KEBUMEN

This study aims to examine and analyze how the influence of work discipline, competence and transformational leadership on PNS teachers in SMP N 1 Petanahan Kebumen. The number of samples taken as many as 31 respondents PNS teachers in SMP N 1 Petanahan Kebumen. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is the validity test, the reliability test, the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PNS teachers in SMP N 1 Petanahan Kebumen. (2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PNS teachers at SMP N 1 Petanahan Kebumen. (3) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PNS teachers in SMP N 1 Petanahan Kebumen. (4) Work discipline, transformational leadership and competence together (simultaneous) have positive and significant effect on the performance of PNS teachers in SMP N 1 Petanahan Kebumen.
