PENGARUH HUBUNGAN ANTAR MANUSIA, KONDISI LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI INTRINSIK TERHADAP ETOS KERJA PEGAWAI

This research was conducted to find out the influence of human relations, working environment conditions, and intrinsic motivation to the work ethic of employees (Civil Servants) UPTD Puskesmas Kebumen I. The data used in this research is primary data.This research uses 32 respondents as the samples of the research are drawn based on the sampling of saturated. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire based on a likert scale that has been modified with scale 4. Methods of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23 for windows. The results of the research based on the t test showed that the variables of human relations has no significant effect on work ethic of employess (Civil Servants) UPTD Puskesmas Kebumen I. The variable working environment conditions have a significant effect on the work ethic of employees (Civil Servants) UPTD Puskesmas Kebumen I. The variable intrinsic motivation has a significant effect on work ethic employee (Civil Servants) UPTD Puskesmas Kebumen I. Simultaneously the human reltaions, working environment conditions and motivation intrinsic have a significant effect on employees work ethic (Civil Servants) UPTD Puskesmas Kebumen I. The result of testing the coefficient of determination of the value Adjusted R Square variable work ethic is influenced by the variables of human relations, work environment conditions and motivation of 72,8% and the remaining 27,2%. Work ethic variables are influenced by variables outside this research model.
