Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze how the influence of Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Work Environment and Employee Performance UPTD Puskesmas Sempor 2. The population in this study were employees of the Distribution and Processing UPTD Puskesmas Sempor 2 and the technique of taking samples was done using saturated sampling techniques or all populations were sampled, all employees in UPTD Puskesmas Sempor 2, amounting to 34 people. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is validity test, rebility test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. The data processing tool used is SPSS for Windows version 21.0. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work Discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Work motivation is partially positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) The work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Work Environment together (simultaneous) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
