Abstract
The study aims to analyze the factors affecting commitment affective at the kindergarten teachers in Kebumen district. The free variables in this study are job satisfaction, emotional intelligence, well-being and employee engagement as an intervening variable while the current variable is the affective commitment. The type of research used is descriptive research. The samples in this study were 100 respondents with sampling techniques purposive sampled with the collection of data using the questionnaire. The methods used in this research are quantitative methods using path analysis. Based on the analysis of the path that has been done can be concluded that job satisfaction, emotional intelligence and well-being influence on employee engagement, and employee engagement has the effect of job satisfaction Commitment, but employee engagement does not have the influence of emotional intelligence and well being to the commitment affective of kindergarten teachers in Kebumen district.
