Abstract
Respondents in this study were employees of PT. Mitra Sejahtera Plastindo Kebumen Prosperous Partners with 48 people. This study uses descriptive and statistical analysis methods with the help of the SPSS 22.00 program. In the statistical method, validity, reliability, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t test and F test are carried out. Testing the hypothesis in the t test shows that all variables have a significant / partial effect on the organizational commitment of PT. Mitra Sejahtera Plastindo Kebumen Mitra Sejahtera, so that PT. Plastindo Kebumen Prosperous Partners further improves reward-related conditions, non-physical work environment, and work motivation so that the organizational commitment of PT. Mitra Sejahtera Plastindo Kebumen Prosperous Partners remain the maximum. In the F test it also shows a significant F value which indicates the need for improvement of reward variables, non-physical work environment, and work motivation, because the three variables have a significant effect on the organizational commitment of the employees of PT.
