Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, keputusan investasi, dan kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel nilai perusahaan diproksikan dengan Price to Book Value (PBV), profitabilitas diproksikan dengan Return on Equtiy (ROE), keputusan investasi diproksikan dengan Price Earning Ratio (PER), dan kebijakan hutang diproksikan dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor teknologi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2020-2023 sebanyak 47 perusahaan. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 10 perusahaan dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, keputusan invetasi berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan kebijakan hutang tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, investment decisions, and debt policy on firm value. The firm value variable is proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV), profitability is proxied by Return on Equity (ROE), investment decisions are proxied by Price Earning Ratio (PER), and debt policy is proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The population in this study were 47 technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020-2023. The research sample was 10 companies with a purposive sampling method. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that profitability had no effect on firm value, investment decisions had an effect on firm value, and debt policy had no effect on firm value.
