Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload, non-physical work environment, role ambiguity on work stress on Karanganyar Health Center employees. The sample data taken in this study is the marketing department employee at Karanganyar Health Center which amounts to 34 employees as respondents. Instruments or data collection tools in this study were using questionnaires / questionnaires. From the results of the proof of the first hypothesis that the workload partially has a positive and significant influence on work Sres. From the results of the second hypothesis that the non-physical work environment partially has a significant effect on work stress. From the results of the third hypothesis proving that role ambiguity partially has a significant effect on work stress. From the results of the fourth hypothesis Workload, non-physical work environment, and role ambiguity simultaneously have a significant effect on work stress. R Square determination coefficient value obtained 0.345 means that 34.5% of work stress is influenced by workload variables, non-physical work environment, and role ambiguity while the remaining 65.5% (100% -34.5%) are caused by other variables.
